Combustible and noncombustible material

Generally, combustible material is any material which burns, while noncombustible material does not burn. Within the range of temperatures that may occur in a building either normally or under fire conditions, materials are classified as combustible or non combulstible. The term noncombustible is generally applied to materials of construction which conform to National Standard of Canada.
